ABOUT ME

In my early 20's while I was attending a local College and at the same time working. Most of my jobs were at car part stores where I became a Manager for some time. It got to a point where it was hard to work a full time job and be a fulltime student plus having a social life.  So, I wasn't very satisfied professionally.

One day, on a 4th of July, while I was at work a customer called to get a part installed and the manager confirmed that the customer could come by since it was a holiday. Sometime later, everyone left the store probably to enjoy the holiday and I was there stuck to close the store. Then, comes the client who called earlier with the car getting towed and no one was in the store to fix it. I worked in the parts department so that was not my speciality, however, I always have been savy with cars and felt very bad for the guy. So, after apologizing because the correct department was closed, I checked his car out and it was a quick fix. After I was done he asked me what he owned me and I told him not to worry about but even though, he still gave me some change. I enjoyed the one-on-one interaction and the pleasure of helping someone that is having a bad day. That was when the idea of Sean's Mobile Mechanic was born. Initially, I thought it would be something temporarily while I was finishing school since I had more control of my schedule. However, I started to really enjoy the flexibility of my schedule and getting to know so many people, from doctors to people who live in their own cars. 

With the years, my name started to be known in the Oakland area and my priorities in life started changing, meaning that I wanted to focus more in giving more time to my children that were very little which made me love and appreciate my job much more as I had the control of my schedule.

That's why I have giving my best to my business. I don't do this for lack of schooling nor the lack of other job opportunities, or because I have a history that doesn't alllow me to get other jobs. Quite the contrary. I have no criminal history and good education. I'm honest, straight forward and do my best for my clients to feel taken care of.
